General Terms and Conditions (AGB) of the holiday flat Norderhoog House No. 2
Prices and scope of services:
The prices include final cleaning, electricity, water, heating, rubbish, TV and radio fees, internet flat rate and telephone calls to the German landline network
A parking space belongs to the rented flat, which can also be used free of charge for the rental period.
The tenant may use all of the flat's furnishings. However, the tenant is obliged to treat the objects with care.
Any applicable visitor's tax is to be paid by the tenant.
Non-smoking holiday flat:
The holiday flat Norderhoog house no. 2 is a non-smoking flat, therefore smoking is not allowed inside the flat.
Arrival/Departure:
On the day of arrival, the holiday flat is available to you from 17.00 hrs, on the day of departure until 10.00 hrs.
Number of persons / children:
We rent the holiday flat for the stated and agreed number of persons of max. 4 persons including children. (maximum 3 adults)
Payment/ Booking:
After your booking, you will receive a rental contract for the holiday flat from us by e-mail or, if you wish, also by post. As soon as this rental contract has been signed and returned to us and a deposit of 20% has been paid, the flat is bindingly reserved for you. The remaining amount is to be paid by bank transfer up to 21 days before your arrival.
Cancellation:
In principle, cancellations can be made at any time. In case of a cancellation up to 10 weeks before the booking date, 20 of the rental price will be charged. If a cancellation is made within 10 weeks of the booking date, a cancellation fee of 50 es will be charged. The tenant has the right to provide a substitute tenant. If an identical contract is concluded with the substitute tenant, no cancellation costs will be incurred. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
Pets:
are not allowed in the holiday flat.
